Welcome to Worldwide Tattoo Canada. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Terms

• These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Worldwide Tattoo Canada.
• Our products are intended for use by trained professionals. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use these products.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in CAD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, E-transfer and other approved payment methods.
• If a payment is incomplete or flagged for fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

3. Order Processing & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. However, this does not guarantee order acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
• If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Tattoo inks, needles, and opened products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after return approval.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Product Warranty & Liability

• Certain products may include manufacturer warranties. Please refer to product details for specific coverage.
• We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our products.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Cancellations & Order Modifications

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
• If you need to cancel an order before shipping, please contact us immediately.

8. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Labor strikes
  • Supply chain disruptions

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in British Columbia, Canada.
