When Will My Order Ship?

All online orders placed before 11:30 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.

We ship orders the same day they are processed, unless an item is out of stock or there is a payment issue.

📌 Important Notes:

  • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays.
  • The first day after processing is not considered a shipping day.
  • No carriers operate on weekends, and weekends are not considered shipping days.

Modifications & Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to make changes after placing an order, please contact customer service at (604) 438-9700.
  • Email requests for changes cannot be 100% guaranteed, but you will receive confirmation if successfully processed.
  • Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
  • Shipping address changes may be possible, but additional fees may apply, depending on the carrier.
