Worldwide Tattoo Canada ("WWT") sells medical and tattoo-related merchandise (collectively, the "Merchandise") exclusively to individuals legally permitted to purchase and own such items in their respective jurisdictions. By purchasing from WWT—whether in person, by telephone, mail, fax, or online—you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Legal Compliance & Responsibility

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase the Merchandise and that it is lawful for you to own, use, and possess such items in your province, and/or city of residence.

• You agree to use the Merchandise in a safe and legal manner, in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the Merchandise is not accessible to minors, untrained individuals, or anyone who may misuse the products.

4. Accuracy of Product Information

• WWT makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• In the event of an error, WWT reserves the right to correct, modify, or cancel orders as necessary.
• Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Merchandise.
• WWT is not responsible for harm caused by improper handling, storage, or use of its products.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Merchandise.
